Every Child Belongs
We believe every child deserves to feel welcome, valued, and included in an environment designed to help them flourish.
At ABC Letters, we celebrate diversity and are committed to supporting all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.
The Montessori approach is inherently inclusive. Dr. Maria Montessori began her work with children who had learning differences, and the method she developed naturally supports diverse learners.
In a Montessori environment, children work at their own pace, choose activities that interest them, and receive individual attention from educators who observe and respond to their needs.
This individualised approach means that all children can find success and develop confidence in our prepared environment.
We believe every child deserves to feel welcome, valued, and included in an environment designed to help them flourish.
We observe each child carefully and adapt our approach to their unique needs, learning styles, and developmental stage.
Parents know their children best. We work closely with families to create consistent support between home and nursery.
When additional support is needed, we work with external professionals and local services to provide joined-up care.
Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator oversees SEND provision at ABC Letters and is available to discuss your child's needs, coordinate support, and work with external agencies when required.
If your child has identified additional needs or you have concerns about their development, we encourage you to speak with us early so we can plan support together.
Share information about your child's needs when you register interest or book a visit. The more we know, the better we can support you.
During your visit, meet the team and discuss how we can support your child. We'll listen closely and explain our approach clearly.
Before your child starts, we create an individualised plan together including adaptations, support strategies, and communication approaches.
We're happy to discuss your child's needs and how we can support them at ABC Letters.
