What age children do you accept?+
We welcome children from 18 months to 6 years old. Children must be at least 18 months old at their start date.
What is the Montessori method?+
The Montessori method is a child-centred approach developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. It respects each child's natural development and supports learning through hands-on activity, self-direction, and carefully prepared environments.

Sessions & Fees
What session options will you offer?+
We plan to offer morning, afternoon, and full day sessions. Final session times will be confirmed closer to opening.
How much does it cost?+

Will meals be included?+
We plan to provide healthy meals and snacks and accommodate dietary requirements and allergies.
Funding
Will you accept funded hours?+
We plan to accept funded hours including the universal 15 hours for 3 to 4 year olds, 30-hour extended funding for eligible families, and 2-year-old funding where it applies.
How do I apply for funded hours?+
For 30-hour funding, apply via childcarechoices.gov.uk. For universal 15-hour funding, no application is needed beyond your child's details and our declaration.
Can I use funded hours at multiple settings?+
Yes. You can split funded hours between different childcare providers and we can coordinate with you if needed.
Admissions
How do I register my interest?+
Complete our online registration form and we will be in touch to discuss next steps and invite you to visit the nursery.
When should I register my interest?+
We recommend registering as early as possible. Places will be offered by registration date, with priority given to siblings of enrolled children.
Can I visit before registering?+
Yes. We encourage families to visit and see the environment. You can book a visit or contact us directly.
What is the settling-in process like?+
We take a gradual approach to settling in over roughly 2 to 3 weeks, adapting to your child and family as needed.
Daily Life
What does a typical day look like?+

What should my child wear?+
Comfortable, easy-to-manage clothing is best. Please send labelled spare clothes and weather-appropriate outdoor wear.
How will you communicate with parents?+
We plan to provide regular learning journals, termly parent consultations, and open everyday communication.
Will children go outside every day?+
Yes. Outdoor play is an important part of our daily routine and children will need appropriate clothing for all weathers.
Special Needs & Inclusion
Will you accept children with special educational needs?+
Yes. We welcome all children and are committed to inclusive practice, working closely with families and external professionals where needed.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?+
Yes. We will accommodate allergies, intolerances, and religious or cultural dietary needs.
What if my child is not toilet trained?+
That is completely normal. We support toilet learning as part of practical life and work with you when your child shows readiness.
